How We Do Things

 

Give us a call, email, text, or submit our 'Contact Us Form'; whichever method you prefer to schedule an appointment for your free no-obligation estimate.

 

Our General Contractor will personally come out to the place of your project to meet with you; discuss details of what you are looking to achieve, and take measurements.

Our Estimate turn-around time is between 7-10 days from the date of your appointment with the contractor.  This allows us adequate time to build out your project including costs of materials and labor.

Should you decide to accept the Estimate to begin your project a contract will be drawn and sent to you via DocuSign for your signature of approval.

DLP Construction LLC does not take Deposits to put you in our calendar.  If a deposit is required it will be for material ordering specific to your job and those materials then become your property because you have already paid for them.

 

Once a Contract has been signed between DLP Construction LLC and you, the Homeowner, we will schedule your project in our calendar. 

 

 DLP Construction LLC will handle all permit filings, inspections, and revisions required by the County, and Final Inspection sign-off's.

All new decks will require a permit and decks located within the snow elevations will require engineering prior to an Estimate.  Your estimate will be based on the engineered plans.  The homeowner will be responsible for having plans engineered.  We HIGHLY recommend Land and Structure in Sonora, CA.  Please contact them directly at: 209-532-5173.
